Gifts Association (Singapore) as our Endorsing Organisation

Gifts Association (Singapore), an organisation, registered with the Registry of Societies was launched in August 1997 to serve the growing network of suppliers and customers within the corporate advertising and premium gifts industry.
As the unified voice of Singapore’s corporate and premium gifts industry the association’s main objective is to strongly support and boost the industry, resulting in better visibility, closer unity and co-operation and the possibility of more business opportunities amongst members.

Members will benefit greatly as they tap into this closely-knit network of suppliers and customers within the corporate advertising and premium gifts industry.

Roles & Responsibility of Gifts Association

Ensure that the risk factors identified by the team before the expedition are optimally managed and reduced to an acceptable level and to be prepared to cope and support the YEP team in occurrence of emergency situations when the team is overseas and handle communication and possible media inquiries.

Provide appropriate administrative and financial governance of the funds from NYC-YEP for the project:

1. To ensure that Statement of Accounts (SOA) submitted to NYC-YEP after the expedition is tallied and that expenditure is accounted for by receipts incurred during the expedition is accounted for by the team.
2. For project grant from NYC-YEP to be transferred to the endorsing organisation’s account before the endorsing organisation disburses it to the team.
